The first part of the study is a survey about teen Nerdfighters' information practices. The link is https://go.umd.edu/5e9! The survey is anonymous and should take less than 15 minutes to complete. Probably a lot less...

The next stage is two interviews and a month-long online diary. First I will interview you, then you will complete an online diary and finally I will interview you again. All teen participants must have a parent complete a consent form for their participation. The teen participants must also complete an assent form and can leave the study at any time with no hard feelings or penalties of any kind. All participants in the second stage of the study (Interview-diary-interview) will receive a small gift card as thanks for their extended participation. To participate in this stage, please send me an email: awaugh[at]umd.edu

Interviews can be conducted at a public place of your choosing, like a library or Starbucks, or over the phone if you prefer.
